Return Policy

Venecci is glad to inform that we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. The returns and exchange will only be applicable if :-

• The return application is submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The order is in the same state as delivered.
• No damage has been done to the products.
• A false product has been sent to you.
• The product is totally different as shown on our website.
• The labels and bills are not damaged or removed at the time of return/exchange.
• The delivery takes a lot longer than expected.
